To protect both you and the rarity of the items we sell, we kindly ask that no address changes be made after purchase — we will only ship to the original shipping address provided at checkout.

Please note, all sales are final. Due to the nature of vintage and pre-loved pieces, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Our pieces are vintage or pre-loved, so light signs of wear may be present. We do our best to photograph and describe each item accurately. Please review all images, details, and measurements before purchasing. We’re always happy to answer any questions.

SHIPPING

UK

We offer free Express Delivery with DHL for all UK orders. Orders will be dispatched the next working day. All orders are fully tracked and insured. We will provide full tracking information via email once your order dispatched.

Please be aware that due to the high value and rarity of Nothing New items, all orders require a signature in order to be delivered. To protect your purchase, we cannot authorise delivery to a safe place or without a signature.

International

We use Express International Shipping with DHL Express for all international orders.

Europe shipping: £36.95 flat rate, estimated delivery time 2-3 working days

The rest of the world delivery: £45.95 flat rate, 3-5 working days

Orders will be dispatched the next working day. All orders are fully tracked and insured. We will provide full tracking information via email once your order dispatched.

Taxes and duties

For international orders, your purchase may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes. Please ensure to check the rates for your country as this is your responsibility. Payment will be collected by your local courier at delivery, we have no control or involvement with this. Please note that all items will be declared at full purchase price and indicated as “used” when shipping outside of the UK. We cannot declare any item as “gift”.

Please also be aware of any regulations that may prohibit the importation of your order. Some countries prohibit the importation of items made with fur or exotic skins.

We aim to get your order to you as quick as possible. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service or local customs clearances or issues at the destination.
